Construction Management Consultancy Services for Structural , Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work of the new Chiller Plant project that located in the Chaengwattana Government Complex Zone C building , they consist of a Chiller room and a Soft Water Treatment area, with a total area of approximately 2,400 (two thousand four hundred) square meters, located on the B2 floor of the Sanan building. The Atrium and Cooling Tower installation area has an area of approximately 900 (nine hundred) square meters, located on the northern roof of the building. Centralized cooling system which supplies cold water to the project area which has the highest cooling energy production capacity of the project Not exceeding 12,600 (one-twenty-thousand-six-hundred) cold trees (RT).

ที่ปรึกษาการบริหารงานก่อสร้าง สำหรับขอบเขตงานโครงสร้าง งาน และงานระบบประกอบอาคาร เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า สุขาภิบาล ในพื้นที่ห้องเครื่องผลิตน้ำเย็น (Chiller Plant) แบบศูนย์รวม ตั้งอยู่ในโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่ส่วนขยาย ศูนย์ราชการเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ โซน C ประกอบด้วย ห้อง Chiller และ พื้นที่ Soft Water Treatment มีขนาดพื้นที่รวมประมาณ 2,400 ตารางเมตร อยู่ที่ชั้น B2 ของอาคารสนับสนุน (Atrium) และพื้นที่ติดตั้ง Cooling Tower มีขนาดพื้นที่ประมาณ 900 ตารางเมตร อยู่ที่ดาดฟ้าอาคารด้านทิศเหนือ ระบบทำความเย็นแบบรวมศูนย์ ซึ่งจ่ายน้ำเย็นไปยังพื้นที่โครงการ ที่มีกำลังผลิตพลังงานความเย็นสูงสุดของโครงการ มีขนาดไม่เกิน 12,600 ต้นความเย็น (RT)
